Monty’s delicious Belgian Flaked Truffle pots
A garden of chocolatey wonders, Monty’s delicious Belgian Flaked Truffle pots are one to try at home this #spring!
You’ll need:
150g Monty Bojangles Flaked Belgian Truffles
500ml fresh cream
Oreo biscuits
Fresh Mint
Pop 150g Flaked Belgian Truffles into a microwaveable bowl a long with 125ml fresh cream. Heat in microwave for 30 secs and mix together until it forms a ganache.
Add 375ml fresh cream to a bowl and using an electric whisk whip up until it forms stiff peaks.
Add the cool truffle ganache to the whipped cream and fold in gently until mixed.
Spoon into your pots, crumble over some Oreo biscuits and more Flaked Truffles and top with a spring of mint. Now, dig in!
