Scofflet Twaffles for Mum

Serves Mum only :)

 

5 minutes preparation

Ingredients:

 

100g Monty Bojangles Scofflets (Available at Waitrose stores).

 

Waffles x 2

 

Toffee Sauce in a bottle

 

Cocoa Powder

 

Method :

 

Chop five or six Monty Bojangles Scofflets of any flavour.

 

Toast the waffles for no more than 90 seconds.

 

Whilst toasting, dress your plate with a hatched toffee sauce covering, before placing your waffle stack.

 

Sprinkle the chopped Monty Bojangles truffle delights all over to melt.

 

Serve to Mum & watch her smile from ear to ear.
