The Full Cookie Moon

Monty Bojangles Cookie Moon Truffles
Full Cream Milk
A single egg
Whipped cream

Pancakes Ingredients

How to make it:

Break an egg into a cupful of flower, followed by half a pint of milk. Whisk until a lump free mix and pour into a frying pan. Fry the mix until formed into a golden moon (Don’t be shy to flip) Place on a circular plate, chopping two Monty Bojangles Choccy Scoffy truffles in large chunks to place inside. Once melting blissfully within fold your pancake into a half moon. As the truffles begin to spill out spray a healthy portion of whipped cream on top. A proud dish to sit with the stars.  

Serve with two more truffles on the side 🙂
